Yes, our meeting rooms can also be booked by external parties.
Yes, a booking is also possible without a tour.
The available parking spaces can be found in the detailed offer of the Offices. There are also sufficient paid parking spaces available around the buildings. These are operated in the pool parking system. You can park in any parking space and validate your ticket at the machine.
Yes, private individuals can also book our rooms.
We offer the ideal setup that is fully tailored to your needs. Our range of spaces includes fully furnished individual and team offices, flexible co-working spaces, and modernly equipped meeting and conference rooms. At kuia-office, you will experience a motivating and creative atmosphere. A variety of lounges and phone booths, an inviting coffee corner with various seating options, a coffee machine and water dispenser, as well as a well-equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired.

Offices

Costs for booked meeting rooms or co-working workstations, additional cleaning or the subsequent preparation of workstations will be invoiced separately.
After receiving your booking request, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps. In principle, you can move in within approx. 4 working days.
While kuia-office provides high-quality furnishings, you are generally free to furnish your office with your own furniture. However, this will not affect the rental price.
Yes. You determine the number of workstations set up at the time of booking. If more/fewer workstations are required at a later date, the furniture will be adapted for a fee. However, the number of workstations shown in the respective room offer may not be exceeded due to legal requirements.

We only enter your office for weekly cleaning.
You can access the kuia-office inside and outside of business hours with your smartphone via the KleverKey app.
Access is also possible with the SwissPass or badge cards from KleverKey, provided these are deposited with KleverKey. In an emergency, it is possible for the operator to carry out an individual opening.
During business hours, the main entrance doors are open (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Your office is cleaned weekly. All regular cleaning services are included in the monthly price.
Security is comparable to a standard office. Visitors can access the building and the floor during business hours. In the entrance area, visitors will find directions and can locate your office. Alternatively, please pick them up at the cafeteria, as the operator does not provide a guest reception service.
You can specify the desired move-in date in your booking request. If the booking date and the desired move-in date are more than three months apart, we reserve the right to refuse the booking.
Yes, as an office user you have stylish lounges and open meeting niches, soundproof telephone boxes and our inviting coffee corner with standing and sitting areas, including a fully equipped kitchen for shared use. You should want for nothing!
Included in the monthly price: Office with stylish furnishings, WLAN, office cleaning, printer (fair use), mail service to your own post box (on the floor), as well as all ancillary costs and shared use of the communal areas.
The notice period is three months to the end of each month, with the exception of December. Cancellations can be made via the kuia portal or in writing by e-mail or letter.

Co-Working

As a co-worker, you can use our open meeting niches and soundproof telephone boxes as well as our inviting coffee corner with standing and sitting areas, including a fully equipped kitchen.
No, we do not offer serial appointments.
The co-working area is only open during business hours (07:00 to 19:00). The premises are not accessible outside of these times.
Our co-working workstations can be booked for at least one day.
The workspace has an electrically height-adjustable desk, a monitor, a mouse, a keyboard, and a locker.
You can cancel the workplace in the kuia portal up to two hours before the start of the booking.

Meeting rooms

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to two hours before the start of the meeting.
A coffee machine and water dispenser are available in the Coffee Corner.The Story restaurant is located on the first floor of the Baar site and is happy to accept catering requests.
Our meeting rooms can be booked via the kuia portal. To do this, you must log in or register on the portal.
Our meeting rooms are accessed via the KleverKey electronic access system. You will receive the necessary authorization for the booking period directly on your cell phone and can open the lock when you are in front of the door. Please note that the meeting rooms remain closed during the booking period and must be opened via the app/link. Therefore, please have your smartphone to hand when you leave the meeting room.
Yes, you are welcome to spend your meeting breaks in our meeting nooks and the inviting coffee corner with standing and seating areas.

Our meeting rooms all have a screen with share buttons so that screens can be shared. Some meeting rooms have additional equipment such as cameras and microphones for video conferencing, as well as flip charts and whiteboards for creative workshops. The equipment can be found in the respective room description.
